Our Commitment to Quality
The Quality Management System outlines management and employee responsibilities for standardizing activities such as purchasing, inspections and testing, and management of change. The system is audited annually as it applies to all departments of the Company’s head office in Canada. The program includes a healthy reporting structure which uses Customer and worker feedback to trend potential opportunities such as Company growth, process and efficiency improvements, mechanical and general performance, and is often customized to specific Customer performance indicators. High Arctic takes pride in a functional, mature and diverse management system that provides us with a distinct advantage over our competitors as it responds efficiently to Customer needs and incorporates employee involvement at all levels. |
